Coronavirus (COVID-19) Spread From December 2019 to June 2020

December 2019	In Wuhan, China having population of 11 million, cases of pneumonia although different from pneumonia were observed and same were reported to WHO with declaration of virus as unknown.
January 2020	The virus started to spread from market of China that is dealing with Seafood. As a first step, the market was closed by administration. The virus started to spread a higher rate. Earlier it was thought as spread of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), but later on it was ruled out. After findings, a new virus was discovered that is COVID-19. First death was reported in China, the patient was identified as COVID-19 effected. The virus started to spread outside China. Thailand was the next country to house coronavirus which was spread in coming days in the America, Nepal, France, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam and Taiwan. The virus started to spread outside Wuhan to other provinces of China. Although still WHO did not consider it as international concern and emergency. But Chinese researching of this disease, declared it infectious disease spread from one human to another spreading between humans outside of China. On second last day of this month, the disease was declared as global emergency by WHO. At end of this month, the disease resulted in 170 deaths and 7,711 cases. Other Countries like India, Philippines, Russia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, Singapore, the US, the UAE and Vietnam were effected by disease in the same month.
February 2020	The first death caused by COVID-19 outside China in Philippines was reported. First local transmission case of disease reported outside China and that is in Malaysia. The Europe started to effected by disease. The death’s count left behind the number of deaths occurred by SARS.  Chinese President Xi Jinping, gave the clue that government is aware of the pandemic before it spread knowledge to public. First case of COVID-19 reported in Africa and first death by COVID-19 reported in Europe, that was in France. Other than public, first victim at government level was reported that is Iran's Deputy Health Minister. At the end of month, the positive cases all over the world were more than 82,000 with more than 2,800 deaths.
March 2020	First case of disease was reported in Saudi Arabia, Norway, Romania, Greece, Georgia, Pakistan, Afghanistan Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq, Oman, Qatar, North Macedonia, Brazil, Estonia, Denmark, Northern Ireland, Netherlands, Lithuania, Wales, Turkey, Ivory Coast, Honduras, Bolivia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Palestinian, Panama and Mongolia. WHO declared the outbreak of disease as pandemic. Europe became the center of pandemic with outburst of disease. Iran became the second effected country after Europe. Australia imposed the emergency in country. China stopped the spread of disease. USA became the country with most number of infectious people. Countries started to impose lockdown.  Deaths in USA by pandemic left behind the deaths in China. At end of month, number of coronavirus patients all over the world was more than 6,00,000 with more than 27,000 deaths.
April 2020	COVID-19 pandemic was considered as worst crisis than world war-II by United Nations. British Prime Minister became victim of disease and his condition worsened but later on survived and moved out of hospital. Emergency was imposed in Japan. Death count in USA left behind the number of deaths in Italy. IMF warned that global economy to shrink this year, the biggest hit to world economy since the last global recession. Wuhan was declared as infection free city. UN warned that due to pandemic number of people facing food problems could double. The pandemic was considered as cause of decrease in carbon dioxide emission by World Meteorological Organization. The number of deaths caused by pandemic exceeded 200,000.
May 2020	United Kingdom recorded the highest number of death in Europe. The WHO gave alert that pandemic can cause near 200,000 deaths in Africa besides millions of infectious people. Second wave of pandemic recorded in China. United Nations warned that pandemic can push millions of people to poverty. Muslims all over the world celebrated the religious occasion of Eid while staying at home. USA announced to break relationship with WHO. Latin America came on hit list of pandemic by increase in positive cases. At the end of month the number of infectious people exceeded the figure of 5.5 Million.
June 2020	Countries started to ease the lockdown due to fall in number of new cases reported. USA blamed the China for not sharing the correct information related to pandemic. WHO declared the use of face mask as preventive measure against pandemic. New Zealand declared itself as pandemic free country.  WHO declared that Medicine “Dexamethasone” was found to be first to helpful against pandemic. India and Pakistan became the new epicenter of pandemic. As never happened in recent times, Saudi Arabia declared to allow permission to limited people for Hajj pilgrimage this year. At end of month, number of people infected by pandemic exceeded the number of 10.3 million with number of deaths more than 505,000.
